Our Story & Philosophy

A Thoughtful Space for Childhood and Family Life

Welcome to Gravitaly—a carefully curated space for meaningful play, beautiful childhood moments and modern family living.

Gravitaly was born from my personal journey as a mother and a simple wish: to offer my daughter, Jovana, a childhood filled with more meaning and less noise.

As she grows and confidently begins to follow her own path, I often look back and realise how deeply the smallest choices shaped her early years. Every shared conversation, every moment spent close to nature and every carefully chosen toy became part of the person she is becoming.

These experiences inspired Gravitaly—a place where parents can discover thoughtfully selected products without having to navigate an overwhelming world of passing trends.

Childhood, Carefully Curated

We believe childhood does not need to be rushed or filled with constant stimulation.

Children need time to imagine, explore, move, create, rest and simply be themselves. They need spaces that feel comforting, toys that invite curiosity and everyday objects that support family life without adding unnecessary noise.

That is why Gravitaly is intentionally curated rather than endlessly expanded.

We look for toys, baby essentials, school-day companions and children’s room pieces that bring genuine value—whether through imaginative play, sensory exploration, practical usefulness, thoughtful design or the simple joy they bring to a child.

Every collection begins with one question:

Would we feel confident choosing this for a child we love?

The Beauty of Slow Living and Play

At Gravitaly, we are inspired by the idea of a genuine, unhurried childhood.

For us, slow living does not mean that family life must be perfect or quiet all the time. It means making space for small, meaningful moments: building something together, reading one more story, walking through nature or watching a child become completely absorbed in play.

We believe the objects surrounding children can support these moments. A thoughtfully chosen toy can awaken the imagination. A comfortable room can become a place of security. A practical everyday product can make family routines feel a little easier.

Not every toy needs to teach a formal lesson. Sometimes the most valuable learning begins with curiosity, movement, sensory discovery or a story created entirely by the child.

Modern Families, Shared Values

Parenthood is a deeply personal journey. It often challenges us to reconsider our priorities and discover what truly matters.

My own experience has included both the beauty and the complexity of co-parenting. Although Jovana’s father and I navigate parenthood from different homes, we have worked to create a foundation of support, respect and emotional stability around her.

This experience strengthened my belief that children thrive when they feel loved, understood and secure—regardless of the structure of their family life.

Gravitaly is therefore more than a collection of products. It is also a space created with empathy for real families: modern, diverse, wonderfully imperfect and constantly evolving.

Thoughtful Design for Everyday Childhood

We believe children’s products can be practical, playful and beautifully designed at the same time.

We are drawn to considered details, tactile materials, appealing colours and products that fit naturally into contemporary family homes without losing the joy and personality of childhood.

Our collections are chosen for different reasons. Some products encourage creativity or independent exploration. Others support school routines, active play, feeding, rest or organisation. Some simply make a child’s room feel warmer and more personal.

What connects them is a thoughtful approach to design, usefulness and childhood experience.

European Roots, A Thoughtful Global Perspective

Gravitaly works with trusted European brands, independent makers and carefully selected manufacturers from around the world.

We are proud to celebrate European design, craftsmanship and family-run businesses. At the same time, we include thoughtfully chosen global products when they offer meaningful play value, practical usefulness or a joyful experience that fits naturally within the Gravitaly world.

We do not make one general claim about the origin, materials or certifications of every product. Details such as materials, dimensions, recommended age, care instructions, country of manufacture and available certifications are presented individually on each product page whenever supplied by the manufacturer.

For us, responsible curation also means being transparent about what every product is.

Fewer, Better and More Meaningful Choices

Gravitaly is a small corner for parents who want to make more considered choices for their children.

We believe the environments in which children grow, play and rest become part of their earliest memories. The products surrounding them are never only objects. They become part of family routines, invented games, quiet evenings, exciting journeys and stories remembered for years.

Our aim is not to offer everything.

It is to help families discover products that feel thoughtful, useful and worthy of becoming part of everyday childhood.

Growing Alongside Your Family

Gravitaly will continue to evolve alongside the families we serve—discovering new ideas, listening to parents and carefully expanding our collections without losing the personal values on which the brand was founded.

Through our collections and The Journal, we also share stories, guides and ideas about toys, learning, children’s spaces, meaningful gifts and family life.

Thank you for allowing Gravitaly to become part of your family’s everyday moments.

With love,

The Founder of Gravitaly

THE WICKER STORIES - The ancient, UNESCO-recognized art of wicker weaving, refined for the modern sanctuary.

Rooted in the Podkarpacie region of Poland—an area celebrated for its centuries-old basket-making heritage—The Wicker Stories is a family-run atelier that has been handcrafting premium willow products since 1990. Their mission is to bridge the gap between traditional European craftsmanship and contemporary, sustainable living.

Working exclusively with ecological, locally harvested Polish wicker, master artisans meticulously braid each piece entirely by hand. This craft is so deeply embedded in the region's history that it is officially inscribed on UNESCO's List of Intangible Cultural Heritage. By combining these time-honored techniques with clean, modern lines, the brand brings a sense of organic warmth and texture into any interior space.

Whether it is a beautifully structured children’s toy or a functional storage accent for the curated home, every creation is fully biodegradable, highly durable, and completely unique. The Wicker Stories preserves a soulful craft, ensuring the magic of authentic, handmade European design thrives in your family's home.

Kidozia - Furniture Inspired by Childhood, Made for Everyday Independence

Kidozia is a Hungarian family-owned children’s furniture brand inspired by the founders’ own children. The company creates wooden tables, chairs, beds, bookshelves, storage furniture and learning towers designed to support children’s independence and everyday family life. Kidozia furniture is produced in Hungary and combines child-friendly functionality with warm, playful and contemporary design.

Furniture Inspired by Childhood, Made for Everyday Independence

Kidozia is a Hungarian family brand creating thoughtful wooden furniture for children’s rooms, play spaces and everyday family homes.

The brand began with an idea that feels both personal and beautifully simple: to design every piece with the same care the founders would give to furniture made for their own children.

Inspired by real family life, Kidozia brings together child-friendly proportions, practical functionality and a calm, contemporary aesthetic. Its furniture is designed not merely to fill a room, but to help children participate more confidently in the everyday spaces around them.

Inspired by Their Own Children

Children are at the heart of the Kidozia story.

The founders explain that both the brand and its products were inspired by their own children. Every piece is approached as though it were being created especially for them, with the needs of both children and parents considered throughout the design process.

This personal perspective gives the collection its distinctive balance.

Children need furniture that feels accessible, comfortable and inviting. Parents need pieces that are practical, dependable and able to fit naturally into the home. Kidozia seeks to bring these two viewpoints together through furniture that supports childhood without separating children’s spaces from the rest of family life.

The result is a collection that feels playful without becoming visually overwhelming and functional without losing warmth or personality.

Designed Around the Child

Adult furniture simply made smaller does not always respond to the way children move, play, learn and explore.

Kidozia takes a more considered approach. Its collection includes child-sized tables and chairs, learning towers, bookshelves, beds, storage solutions and other furniture created to encourage greater independence in everyday routines. Many designs feature clean lines, playful shapes and practical proportions suited to children’s rooms and shared family spaces.

A table can become a place for drawing, building, eating or completing a first puzzle.

A low bookshelf allows a child to see and choose a favourite story independently.

A learning tower can help children participate more closely in everyday kitchen routines.

Storage furniture makes it easier for toys, books and personal treasures to have a place of their own.

Through these simple interactions, furniture becomes more than part of the room. It becomes part of how children learn to navigate their world with growing confidence.

Made in Hungary by a Family Business

Kidozia is a Hungarian family business that produces its furniture in its own woodworking facility. The brand’s collection is centred on wooden furniture made for children’s rooms, play areas and modern family homes.

Keeping production closely connected to the family business allows the original philosophy behind the brand to remain visible in the finished pieces: thoughtful forms, practical details and furniture created with real children and parents in mind.

Many Kidozia products use woods such as beech or pine, although materials and finishes vary between individual designs. Specific product information should therefore always be checked on the relevant product page.

Playful Details, Calm Design

One of the qualities that makes Kidozia distinctive is the way it combines childhood imagination with an understated visual language.

Animal-inspired silhouettes, decorative cut-outs and gentle shapes bring character to the furniture without making it feel loud or overly themed. Natural wood, simple forms and carefully considered proportions allow the pieces to complement Scandinavian-inspired, contemporary and softly styled children’s interiors.

This makes Kidozia furniture easy to imagine in real family homes—surrounded by books, drawings, toys and the small signs of everyday childhood.

The designs leave room for children’s personalities to bring the space to life.

Furniture for Living, Learning and Growing

Kidozia’s approach reflects an important idea: children develop confidence when their surroundings allow them to participate.

Furniture positioned at an accessible height can encourage children to sit, choose, organise, create and help more independently. These everyday actions may appear small, but together they contribute to a stronger sense of capability and belonging.

Rather than creating display pieces that children are expected to protect, Kidozia designs furniture to become part of daily life—morning routines, creative afternoons, shared meals, bedtime stories and the wonderfully imperfect rhythm of a family home.

Why We Chose Kidozia for Gravitaly

At Gravitaly, we are drawn to brands that understand childhood from both perspectives: the child’s need for freedom and discovery, and the parent’s need for practicality, quality and thoughtful design.

Kidozia reflects this balance beautifully.

Its furniture is inspired by real children, designed for everyday use and created with an aesthetic that feels warm, playful and at home in contemporary interiors. The pieces support children’s growing independence while helping families create rooms that feel calm, functional and full of personality.

Kidozia reminds us that thoughtful children’s furniture does not need to dominate a space.

It simply needs to make that space easier for a child to call their own.

Moi Mili - Sewn with Real Emotion

Moi Mili is a Polish lifestyle brand creating imaginative textile décor, play accessories and beautifully detailed pieces for children’s rooms and family homes.

Founded in 2012 by Klaudia, the brand grew from a lifelong love of cutting, sewing and making decorations into a distinctive world of canopies, play tents, soft mats, decorative cushions, garlands and magical dress-up accessories. Every collection reflects Moi Mili’s belief that the objects surrounding us can influence how a home feels—and transform everyday spaces into places filled with warmth, beauty and imagination.

A Passion That Began in Childhood

Long before Moi Mili became a recognised interiors brand, Klaudia was already creating with her hands.

She describes a childhood spent cutting, sewing and crafting decorations—the beginning of a creative instinct that would eventually shape her professional life. In 2012, that personal passion became Moi Mili: a brand built around genuine emotion, thoughtful design and the pleasure of making ordinary spaces feel special.

The story of Moi Mili is therefore not one of products designed simply to follow a trend. It is the story of creativity becoming a way of life.

Each piece begins with the idea that a home should express the people who live there. Children’s rooms, in particular, can become places where comfort and imagination meet—spaces for resting, reading, dressing up, building secret worlds and creating stories of their own.

Creating a World for Play and Imagination

Moi Mili’s collection moves naturally between interior decoration and imaginative play.

Its children’s range includes fabric canopies, house-bed canopies, teepees, quilted play mats, decorative cushions and garlands. The wider collection also features baby textiles, picnic blankets, travel accessories and dress-up pieces such as capes, crowns, skirts, masks, hats and magic wands.

A canopy can turn a quiet corner into a place for stories and rest.

A teepee can become a hideaway, a reading den or the beginning of an imagined adventure.

A soft flower-, leaf-, shell- or moon-shaped mat can define a comfortable place for play while also becoming part of the room’s visual identity.

A cape and crown can transform an ordinary afternoon into a world of invented characters.

This balance is central to Moi Mili. Its products are decorative, but they are also designed to become part of childhood itself.

Handmade in Poland

Moi Mili products are made locally in Poland in small artisanal workshops. The brand works with skilled Polish seamstresses, placing handcraft and careful textile work at the centre of its production approach.

This local production gives each piece a sense of human involvement that can be seen in the stitching, shaping, fabric combinations and decorative details.

Rather than feeling uniform or mass-produced, Moi Mili designs retain the warmth of objects that have passed through human hands. Even playful forms—ruffled canopies, shell cushions, quilted flowers or tiny magical crowns—are treated with the same attention as more traditional interior pieces.

That craftsmanship is part of what allows the collection to feel joyful without becoming disposable.

Materials Chosen with Care

Moi Mili states that it uses premium OEKO-TEX® and GOTS-certified materials. Across individual products, the brand works with textiles including cotton, linen, muslin and velvet, while exact fabrics and specifications vary between designs and should be checked on the relevant product page.

The brand also takes a considered approach to fulfilment. Orders are dispatched from Tarnów, Poland, and Moi Mili says it uses paper-based packaging and cotton ties to reduce unnecessary packaging materials.

These choices reflect a broader philosophy: beauty should not exist separately from responsibility. Thoughtful materials, local making and more considered packaging all contribute to the story behind the finished product.

Little Luxuries for Everyday Life

Moi Mili describes its designs as small luxuries created to elevate the atmosphere of a home.

This idea is visible throughout the collection. The products are expressive, tactile and decorative, yet designed for the spaces where real family life happens. A cushion may become part of a bedtime routine. A mat may hold countless afternoons of play. A canopy may remain a familiar and comforting corner as a child grows.

The brand’s visual language is easy to recognise:

  • softly sculpted textile forms;
  • ruffles, quilting and playful proportions;
  • nature-inspired shapes such as flowers, leaves, shells, suns and moons;
  • warm, expressive colours;
  • fabrics chosen for texture as much as appearance;
  • whimsical details that appeal to children without overwhelming the room.

The result is décor that feels imaginative but still belongs naturally within a thoughtfully designed home.

More Than Children’s Décor

Although children’s spaces remain central to Moi Mili, the brand defines itself more broadly as a lifestyle label creating accessories for the child, the home and the soul.

Its products are designed to influence mood as well as appearance. They invite families to see interiors not merely as functional arrangements, but as settings for comfort, personality, play and everyday memory-making.

This is what gives Moi Mili its distinctive character.

The brand does not treat childhood and interior design as separate worlds. Instead, it brings them together through objects that respect both a child’s imagination and an adult’s appreciation for colour, texture and craftsmanship.

Why We Chose Moi Mili for Gravitaly

At Gravitaly, we are drawn to makers whose products tell a story before they ever enter a home.

Moi Mili brings together many of the qualities we value: European craftsmanship, thoughtful textiles, expressive design and a genuine understanding of the role imagination plays in childhood.

Its collections do more than decorate a room. They help create places where children can retreat, perform, read, dream and invent worlds of their own.

We also appreciate the warmth behind the brand. Moi Mili began with one woman’s lifelong instinct to create and continues through the work of skilled seamstresses in small Polish workshops. That human story remains visible in every ruffle, quilted shape and carefully finished detail.

Moi Mili reminds us that the most memorable children’s spaces are not necessarily the most perfect.

They are the ones filled with personality, imagination and objects chosen with love.

Our customer’s reviews

Our customer’s reviews

Great bike - it is light and smooth yet sturdy. Feels safer than the metalic frame - lighter and smoother during falls for small children. What I also find very important is ergonomics, natural suspension, and bigger front wheel - safe for spine and correct posture on the bike. Absolutely worth the investment. Much recommended!
