5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns (EU Consumers)

  • 14-Day Right to Cancel: If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

  • Return Process: To exercise this right, you must inform us via email at support@gravitaly.com. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

  • Condition of Goods: Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days.

8. Warranty and Claims

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@gravitaly.com. We comply with statutory warranty laws applicable in EU, providing a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for goods.
