We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders everywhere within the European Union (EU), with no minimum purchase required. The delivery time depends on your location and it is usually between 5-8 business days.
At Gravitaly, we believe in authenticity and sustainability. To ensure the highest quality and reduce unnecessary transit carbon emissions, your items are shipped direct from the source—straight from our partner artisans' and designers' workshops across Europe directly to your doorstep.

Your account will be charged as soon as your order is placed and authorized. You will receive an immediate order confirmation email with your receipt once the payment is successfully processed.
Order Returns
We want you to absolutely love your purchase. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your home or vision, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
To start a return, please email our customer care team at support@gravitaly.com with your order details. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packed securely in its original packaging.
Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs back to the designated European workshop. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once the artisan workshop receives and inspects your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5–14 business days.
