How long will it take to receive my order?
Because we bypass traditional warehouses to bring you authentic craftsmanship, your items are shipped directly from our European artisans to your doorstep. Delivery typically takes between 3 to 8 business days, depending on your exact destination country.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
We curate our collection from various independent workshops across Europe. If your order includes items from different makers—for example, a wooden lamp from one atelier and a woven pet bed from another—they will be dispatched directly from their respective studios. As a result, these items will arrive in separate deliveries. You will receive specific tracking information for each package.
How can I track my shipment?
Once the artisan has carefully packaged and dispatched your item, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your piece's journey to your home.
Are all your products truly made in Europe?
Yes. We are deeply committed to European heritage. We partner exclusively with independent ateliers, master weavers, and family-owned workshops across Europe. This ensures that every piece meets our strict standards for premium quality, ethical production, and sustainable sourcing.
Are the materials safe for my children and pets?
Absolutely. The safety of your family is our priority. We consciously select products made from natural, ecological materials—such as sustainably sourced wood finished with non-toxic oils, natural willow, and premium, heavy-weight fabrics that are durable and safe for both nurseries and pet sanctuaries.
What is your return policy?
We want you to feel complete harmony with your Gravitaly pieces. If an item isn't quite the right fit for your home, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please reach out to our customer care team, and we will guide you through the process.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
While our artisans pack every item with the utmost care, transit accidents can occasionally happen. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@gravitaly.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will swiftly arrange a replacement or a solution for you.
