Return and Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our processes.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU law, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

  • The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires, physical possession of the goods.

  • If you ordered multiple goods in one order that are delivered separately, the 14-day period begins the day you receive the last item.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement.

You may use the standard European Model Withdrawal Form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.

3. Returning the Goods

Once you have notified us of your intent to return, you must send the goods back to us or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.

  • Condition of Items: The items must be returned unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item under the 14-day right of withdrawal (e.g., you changed your mind or the item doesn't fit), you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. * Defective Items: If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, gravitaly.com will cover all return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

  • Processing Time: We will carry out such reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

  • Payment Method: We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

     

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that the 14-day right to return does not apply to the following types of products:

  • Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (custom-made items).

  • Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g., cosmetics, underwear, earrings).

  • Sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery.

7. Legal Guarantee for Faulty Goods

Independent of your 14-day right of withdrawal, EU law guarantees you a minimum 2-year legal guarantee (warranty) as a protection against faulty goods, or goods that don't look or work as advertised.

If a product you purchased from gravitaly.com turns out to be faulty or does not function as advertised within 2 years of delivery, please contact us immediately at support@gravitaly.com with photos and a description of the issue. Depending on the situation, you are entitled to:

  • Have the product repaired.

  • Have the product replaced.

  • Receive a partial or full refund (if repair or replacement is not possible or practical).
